those of you that upload 100-200+ videos per day what do you guys do use for your ip solution? private proxy, vpn, public proxies? I've noticed I can save a LOT of time by using fast proxies rather than using the slow public ones, but i don't want to go around looking for these fast proxies for up loading. Any advice would be much appreciated, thx.

May be I am saying something wrong, but you could use a service like tubemogul, so your IP, shouldnt be detected.

not sure exactly how this works, but if you wanted to upload say 300 different videos a day how much would it cost? If find their website confusing

I believe Tube Mogul is free for "non commercial" purposes, but they'll put the "Uploaded with Tube Mogul" message in your description box. They'll ban you once they realize you're uploading commercial vids but they're a bit slow off the mark and you can always sign up for more accounts. I don't use it myself though.

use private proxies.. They are a way lot faster and safer compare to public proxies out there.. 
Been uploading 100 - 200 videos a day for 2 months for my clients in the past using private proxies (manually) and after 3 - 4 months, none of the videos get deleted..

how often do you change ip's or private proxies? every month? or every certain number of accounts?

I'd do it around every 10 vids
i can upload 40 videos on one ip without problems, but i'm guessin you can do way more. I just don't want to risk it and wake up one morning to find all my accounts banned, that would suck.
