Annoying question that I cant figure out. Im using cPanel File Manager v3 (thru Hostgator) and I want to upload files to my site.

Now uploading FILES is no problem - just click upload and select the file i want.

But I can't upload an entire FOLDER. I cant select a folder to upload because every time I double click on the Folder to select it to upload, it just drills down a level to the files contained within.

Any ideas how to upload the entire folder?

    thanks in advance

use FTP. Both faster and easier. As far as I know that's the only way unless you manually create the folder on your server and then just upload the files into it.

Make the folder into a zip file, upload that via cPanel, then unzip it via cPanel (I think they call it "extract") once it arrives.

I do it that way a lot. For some reason it seems like less of a hassle than bothering to FTP. Plus, it uploads faster as a zip anyway.
