Can some1 clarify to me I pay 97 then upgrade another 147, after one year how much is it too re-new?

The only $97 payment we have is for premium membership and the $147 payment is for Jr. VIP.
It's $97 to renew premium membership and $147 to renew Jr. VIP. If you get both memberships, it's $97 (premium membership)+$147 (Jr. VIP) to renew both at the same time.
