    1) You need a fresh new dedicated cable/dsl residential IP address.

    >> I have a custom setup where I have a special cable modem hooked up to a ethernet switch and then plug in 10 cheap computers to that switch, each computer gets a unique residential cable IP address (Not an internal IP but each pc gets a unique public cable IP, MAX CPE setting is what you need to change). Another option is to purchase Remote DSL service, usually cost around $75/week or $250/month and with this service you can click 1 button to get a fresh new residential public IP, use Google to find providers.

    2) Post an ad on your local Craigslist to rent peoples Facebook logins details in exchange for $50 per month. Make sure you get their FB login details and a copy of their ID card in case FB does a suspicious activity ban. I usually offer $50 for every 30 days the account stays active so there is $0 upfront cost with obtaining local, aged and active accounts with a matching legit ID. Also ensure you get their cell # in case you need anything from them quickly.

    3) Make sure your PC is cleared of all history, cookies, cache...etc and be sure to clear flash cookies

    4) Login to the rented facebook account to ensure the logins are working...etc. I usually let it sit logged in for 24+ hours before doing anything this way the account is aged on the IP a bit.

    5) Create a FB page and fill out as much details as possible. Upload a cover photo, make a few post...etc. Make it look legit.

    6) Signup for Business Manager at business.facebook.com, select the page you already created but do NOT create admin accounts. Your going to invite admins to your business manager. This is where you set the FB email of account #2 you have setup and ready, you will get an invitation link that looks like https://fb.me/1Dsdjkh39sjls6

    7) In FB account # 2 that you have on another clean PC with a clean unique cable IP in the same city as the rented account with matching ID. Paste the link in your browser and setup the Ads Account.

    8) Create a clean ad such as a page post promotion and let it run $10-$20 for 2-3 days to warm the account. The clean ad may take up to 24hrs to start spending while your account is under a hidden review, this is normal. If you get a suspicious activity ban, submit the legit matching ID card and expect a 3-6 day wait for your account to be reset. After an account is reset, their often golden.

    9) Personally I never delete the clean ad, I always let it run at $10-$20/day then load up my money ads with a fresh domain as the url redirect and go from there like normal.

    Method # 2

    > Follow Step 1-5 listed above but instead of using business manager, simply create the ads account and run a clean ad for 2-4 days. If you get a suspicious activity ban, submit the ID and expect a 3-6 day wait for a reset. This method is a bit quicker than above since your not using one main account to invite other admins to business manager...etc. Your results may vary.

    Notes:

    > In my experience and testing, working on a VPS or other datacenter IP address looks highly suspicious to Facebook and greatly increases your chances of an unusual activity ban or roadblock. Residential IPs work the BEST!
    > PayPal works and takes 2 seconds to setup but its possible PayPal limits your account once you start spending heavy. The BEST card solution is AMEX Employee Credit Cards.
    > Ensure you clear your flash cookies and everything else before you start. You also want a fresh new clean residential IP not used on Facebook before.
    > Your fist ad ALWAYS needs to be SUPER clean, nothing even remotely affiliate related.
    > For me, I never delete my first ad, I let it run till the end.
    > When your first ad is approved, your account still seems to be under a hidden manual review which takes up to 24hrs. Be patient, wait for your fist ad to start spending before doing anything else!
    > Your created Page needs to look legit and fill out as much details as possible. Upload a cover photo, make a few post...etc.

I've been getting a lot of pms asking me for personal help but to be honest I don't really have the time for personal support not to mention I'd rather answer it here because maybe 10 other people have the exact same question.

Question I've always had about getting fresh IPs for these instances. My ISP here in Canada is Rogers and their network is dynamic, they provide dynamic IP addresses. In this case, wouldn't getting a fresh IP simply be a matter of turning my router off and back on?

Change the mac on your router or pc if directly connected and restart your modem for a PC. Thats the most basic way to get 1 ip. For me I wanted to run 10+ computers at once, and all 10 of them had to have unique public cable ips so I had to use a special modem to get 10 ips at once.

I'm actually connected wirelessly on my laptop, so I guess restarting router should be sufficient? That with clearing out cache? I actually have thought about just creating a new user profile on my laptop each time I make a new FB account and use that profile until the account gets banned. Then just delete the profile and create a new one and restart router. What do you think of that strategy?

I've never marketed on facebook before, although it seems like its probably the best option considering almost every person has one..

That's a good way to get 1 ip. If you need to run multiple FB accounts that wont work

Yes they do. You can even twist this a bit more blackhat to increase conversion rates on the CL post :)

Do You pay them upfront or after month of using their accounts? What about people who can go to your fb ad manager and see Your ads or mess with them?

    Overall, a clever method :)

I pay them IF their account last 30+ days, which 99% don't so thus my cost has been $0 so far :p And your not getting accounts from smart people, these are people that want to make a few dollars to buy a movie or game LOL

Hi bro, I sent you a PM I want to ask you some questions. I have Niches that give me over 22x the invested amount but I always get banned. And I want to invest in a good account and good cloaker.

    Regards

Thats crazy because I use dedicated proxies with BRAND NEW accounts and get ads to run almost everytime without waiting. Its all about how you do it really. But the safer the better. I run page post engagements 100%

    HERE'S MY QUESTION

which credit cards do y'all link to accounts? facebook is cracking down hard on paypals and stuff of that nature. and you can use a credit card on i think only 3-4 accounts before u cant link it to more accounts

I have a method that seems to work fairly well.

Amex Cards. Call them up, say you just hired 5 employees and need to issue them a credit card.

Brand new account and a datacenter IP is very likely to get a suspicious activity ban for clicks to website ad. Granted, Ive seen crazier stuff happen lol

Its a guide to help people setup and run multiple FB ads accounts.

The best cloakers are the ones that are invitation only, not the ones you read about here in the forum. The cloaker I use took me 3 months to get into and cost $350/mo plus I needed 2 referrals from active members. There is a reason they go through such a process. These $50 cloakers you are finding... junk.
