If its a music video - Put a CPA ringtone offer in. If its something tech related put in a link to get the item free, if its a lulz video then put an ad for something else in there!
Also, the key trick is to put annotations in the video so people check and view the link.

Create a website for the niche of the video. Slam a gateway on it, promote website via video details, annotations etc.
Also with that many views you should have alot of subscribers, so post a 'bulletin' every few days about your website

As my friends stated above, it really depends on your niche, I would choose completely different methods to monetize a porn site, a music site or an informational site...
Look in the "how to monetize" section of the forum if you do not wish to reveal your niche, everything that you look for should be in there
