If had pretty good luck with scrapebox before but seem to be running in to an issue that I'm wondering if anyone else has seen before. This is on the latest 1.15.66 version.

As a test on a wordpress site that I own, I disabled all the moderation and spam filtering/captchas and did *not* use proxies, just a direct connection (fast one), and tried to post comments to it. The failure rate was 50% on the fast poster even with a list of hand picked pages to post to. The slow poster was a 100% failure rate with the "Failed,Timeout" result with a 90 second timeout rate. All the timeouts in the settings are set to the max values.

Furthermore the Random interval was set to 10min to 30min yet there was no delay in posting even though the delay was set to RND. It cycled through the operation in succession w/o any delay.

Has anyone experienced similar behavior before and found a workaround?

Thanks!

i have used scrapebox....but very hard to use most of AA sites are spammed

It doesn't matter if I use proxies or not, i get the same results. The direct connection isn't blacklisted. As far as connection speed, I'm pulling 11.2Mbps down and 1.6Mbps up. The max connections for the fast poster is set to 1 as well.

A 1024K page (scrapebox's default cap) would take aprox 5.24seconds to upload and less than a second to download.

As far as Xserver, are you referring to xsserver.eu vps service? I do my own VPS hosting actually, all my stuff is signifigantly fast than theirs on the hardware side

*Figured out the RND option doesn't apply to commenting at all, ie they can't be scheduled out.

Xserver.eu is Horrible at Best. Your better off doing your own, or running a server in your basement on dialup would be also better then XS. IMHO.

As to your issue, does the page load and work if you try them in manual poster?

The hosted domain its self, is it loading fast? Because your inet connection might be fine, but the host might be super slow and therefore timing out.

How does your sites score on something like this:

?

I am having a similar issue. I used to get a 30% success rate posting comments Successfully. Now I am getting like a 1% success rate. ANyone have any idea what is happening?

Well this thread was 3 years old, but since we exhumed it out of the grave yard, Im still getting just as good success rates as I was before.

It could be your proxies, too many connections for your proxies/bandwidth. It could be a bad list, it could be all kinds of things. You would need to provide more info to get better help. Can you be more specific on what the errors are? There is an error log under the help menu and you can look at the poster error log.
