I have noticed this with myself as I have failed at many ventures of mine. Whether it is paid ads, YouTube or even some blogs of mine. You just need to keep grinding and be consistent. That's the only way out. And not to mention, taking calculated risks. Without risk, there is no reward. I still remember during 2019 when I used to think a lot about whether or not to purchase Copyscape premium for 5 USD as a content writer. Yes, I was that risk averse. We want ourselves to become millionaires but are always cringing at small milestones. Start small and grow consistently folks!

Failure is negative term.

I call it learning process and tests.

Test after test after test.

That's what moderators on this forum have been doing for decades and they're still testing. With mixed outcomes. But that's the nature of tests.

If your software "fails" at doing some task, it means it's failed a test of battle. All is a test. Including life. Can you handle it with all the brutality around?

Sometimes you need to test multiple times on your kids, family. If you find a way that doesn't work, it's not called failure. It's called test with negative outcome. Move on.

The worst is to give up because of something you perceive as failure projecting it on your personality calling yourself failure...

But even if you give up, you're actually trying a way that doesn't work. Next time don't give up - as an alternative test. That'll make you long term unstoppable.

I think that big money only comes if you are an entrepreneur who works with people and has that mindset. If you are an autistic dude who works from home you will not going to make more than few grand per month max.

few grand for an autististic is still success, especially where minimum wage is $300 or so

question is: will that type of attitude help you sustain yourself?

suicide rates increase by isolation

some friendlyPufferFish (he changed his username to JavascriptPufferfish) said average in IM is $2000 per month

that's still a lot considering it's done by people not from the US mostly

most important is to network on blackHatWorld! Once you go black, you never go back

once you get used to isolation I think its not a problem, at least not for me. But the whole lifestyle is pretty bad when it comes to socialization and having friends.

Exactly! Consistency even when there are no immediate visible results apply to nearly all aspects of life - work, working out, improving or learning a skill, etc.

depends on personality + disorders you have

almost everyone has some sort of mental health issue

I can handle isolation but then I will lose other people's experience plus their *free stuff* they can give me and I can give them

you lose your animalistic instinct and feel like dying after months of isolation

It's not worth it to isolate yourself to get better in business. You have to be able to balance things out with everything and to not be only focused on money.

The secret is having something someone else doesn't:

A edge,
A idea,
Commodity,
Value,
Likable,
Unique,
Owned proprietary assets,
Things you need if you do not have above:

Investment,
Knowledge,
Commitment,
Failure comprehension,
Turning what you don't know into a topic,
Ai,

I don't know, personally, work makes me avoid thinking about problems. It's something like an escapism from the reality. When I don't have work, then the bad thoughts come in. So, being busy makes me avoid this negative stuff.

Very bold of you to assume my earning levels. Not saying you're not right or wrong but still.. Sometimes I visit the office too, at least once a month.

Calculated is the keyword in taking calculated risks. But yeah, pondering to invest 5$ or not in copyscape is more like overthinking.
