Unlimited supply of quality articles and quality backlinks, who can use them the best?

I have unlimited supply of:

• whitehat manually made backlinks (any kind you need)
• articles manually rewritten from some other website,book,article (whatever niche you need)

The quality of the backlinks and articles may not be the best you can find, but it will be high above the acceptable line.
You can review all of them and freely decide if some are not usable.
All are made from people around the world, so its as white as it can get .

Am not looking to sell, am looking for an experienced person who can in a way guarantee that if he has unlimited supply he will be able to transform it into passive revenue.

What I need from you:
- Provide proof of what you have done in the past, and how you will make the most profit of this
- Be online on skype on daily basis
- Be reasonable person

Well its kinda a big project that my team is starting, so I haven't given big thought on how selling the articles would go.
And as for why I don't just do what you said, because its not something 1 person or a group of people could do, so optimistically I would need like over 100 people/teams in the future that would work on different keywords, niches, ways to use it most effectively.
