thinking about making a proxy service...would like how much would you pay for monthly subscription? you would have like 1000-2000 proxys online with changing ips...all the time...ah

no you would have a tool with a constantly updating list of proxys...the tool itself would be used for managing the proxys....you would connecting to 127.0.0.1 socks ...with the tool you can then choose a proxy to use or let it cycle every X seconds and so on...

I am interested in how to make such a tool.
Are you tring random ip to detect proxies?

Might not be a botnet, there is software out there which easily tests/switches IPs of real proxies.
