Hi guys, so around this year April, I check out Ahrefs and there is around 35 Spam web 2.0 (jimdo.com, soup.io, bravesites.com, webgarden.com) linking to my money site (raw url anchor text).

I check out a few web 2.0, they have links from spam links such as blog comments, forum, etc.in foreign languages.

So should i DISAVOW those links?

My money site do not have much significant decrease in rankings i guess? Still stuck in page 2-3 despite adding few quality own PBN.

If negative SEO was a problem, everyone would be doing it to their competitors. It's not a smart game in the long run and if it doesn't hurt your rankings, leave it. You may get some anchor text variation out of it for free.

A competitor might be trying to make quality web 2.0's and are using your site for source URL's. Are they all no follow? I have had this happen a few times

no need to disavow those links, at best they'll help your rankings slightly and at worst they wont affect your rankings.

what op described has nothing to do with negative seo, and if someone is trying to do negative seo to someone else this way they'd need to study and buld a lot more than 35 links, besides it's the oldest and least effective way of doing neg seo.
and also why would anybody want to do negative seo on a site that is on page 2 of google.

I guess someone linked to you site just like a second link on that article (don't want to use the word authority :p). Is that the case? Besides it doesn't matter. Myself have been gsa'd by someone. Drops for like 2 months but keep writing content.
