I'm interested in making a loan in England.I saw a lot of websites that asks you just a few information and they guarantee a loan.As a foreign citizen what do I need to do in order to receive a loan? What documents I need?
Can anyone give me a bit of help? What websites you worked with in the past?
As an offline method, you know any?

You need to learn more about IM. These sites just submit your information
to all the CPA loan offers ruining your credit for the next 3 years.
A guaranteed unsecured loan especially to a foreign national does not exist.

I'm not going to spend the next three hours explaining the credit process to you.
Basically stop looking for a loan and find another financial avenue.
    You have no chance.

I've never trusted any website that guaranteed to give me a loan. However, try to talk to someone on the phone and make sure there are no fees involved. A lot of companies will let you go through an entire application process only to ask you to pay some sort of processing or transaction fee....

I do not know anyone who has benefited from a loan from England that was guaranteed, but just talking to someone on the phone about the offer probably won't hurt.

I am a UK national so I couldn't speak for your circumstances, however I have built up a lot of debt over the past 8 years and tried every available avenue to get loans when I was desperate. I can hand on heart tell you, DO NOT go near any of these "guaranteed" unsecured loans companies. One application you make, and they will pass your details to every other bloody "loan provider" on the planet, you will receive countless phonecalls, junk mail and spam emails offering you money. In reality, there is only a very small number of lenders in the UK. These are the banks, despite what you may read. You will never get a loan through these scammers and the majority of reputable lenders require that you have lived in the UK for at least 5 years. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but trust me it is not worth it. Get some private funding if you are looking to start a business or make some money through IM.

i dont agree with that assessment and being declined for a loan will not ruin your credit file. There might be a record on your file that you made a search, but only taking a loan and not repaying the loan would seriously damage your file.

It largely depends how long you have been in the UK, are you on the voters roll, there are lots of questions to consider. Foreigners can be granted loans, but they will need a histroy in the UK
