Unique Opportunity: Seeking 2 Pros to handle Marketing/Lead Gen for our call center operations.

    Hello everyone,
    We are looking to enter into a long-term revenue sharing venture with 2 people who can handle the digital marketing side of the new product line we have just released. (We would really prefer it just to be one person but we always have backups for every key position until we find the proper long term team member for our operations.)

    About Us:
    Our background is 20 years of running aggressive call center operations targeting the U.S & Canada, mainly the U.S which is where we are based.

    Our target market is every business in the U.S. in nearly every business category with a greater focus on small to medium size businesses as opposed to large fortune 500.

    Our product is ethical, in high demand and with practically zero direct competition.

    The Arrangement:
    You work your marketing magic to generate the leads for our sales people, we close the deals and handle everything else.

    So as not to waste anyone’s time, we will touch briefly on the realistic money side both short and long term and then if you’re still interested you can read on and we will explain how we arrived at these numbers and the big picture of the opportunity.

    The Money:
    Product Ticket Price Vs Compensation:

    Low ticket $195=$50 comp

    Mid ticket $295=$75 comp

    High ticket $395=$100 comp

    The following numbers are not pie in the sky, fingers crossed, please God let everything go just right green pea soup projections. These are based on the actual deals we have personally closed over the past 90 days while dialing in the pitch.

    First 6 Months:
    We currently have one full-time salesperson dedicated to this particular product line closing deals. We expect them to close a minimum of 3 deals a day. Realistically we expect a full-time, 8 hour a day rep, to write closer to 5-7 deals a day but they will be partially focused on documenting and further dialing in the ring to writing up the deal process for new reps over the first 6 months.

    First 6 Months Comp:
    3 Deals a Day x $75 Avg Comp=$225 per day paid to you. (Nothing to write home about.) This is what you should be pocketing 5 days a week for the first 6 months.

    Beyond 6 Months Comp:
    Once we are confident you can keep the lead machine producing we will aggressively begin hiring weekly to ramp up another 24 reps which will cap out the initial operations at 25 full-time reps.

    25 reps x 3 deals a day x $75 average comp: Equals $5625 per day paid to you.

    Beyond That:
    We will have to reevaluate our situation once we hit 25 reps to determine if we want to go beyond a 25-station operation. Our background is in 100-200 station operations but they are a gigantic pain in the ass. So at this point the focus is on a 25 rep office.

    In Addition:
    We have much higher ticket services we will be selling on the back-end with our heavy closing crew which you may be able to tap into with a residual component. But at this point your involvement will be limited to the front-end product we just went over. If you can demonstrate that you’re a good fit with our core crew and that you bring skin into the game, we can talk about furthering our business relationship and tapping you into the back-end money.

    In Closing:
    We thank you for your time and look forward to hearing back from some ambitious talented people.

    We are looking for people with solid trading profiles and verifiable histories of conducting good business.

    It doesn't take us 6 months to ramp up a 1st rep to 15 deals a week minimum, we will do it in a couple weeks. However, we are currently based out of Seattle, WA and we are sick of the F’in rain. So, once we have the lead machine dialed in we will be relocating operations to Northern California to ramp up the 25 station office so there will be a bit of a transitional period within that first 180 days.

    However, if you ever had the notion of some California living and wish to come hang out with us Part-time, Full-time or just to visit & meet the team…our door will always be open.

    Heck we will even buy you your first set of sunglasses & flipflops as a welcome gift. We believe in business casual offices as long as the leads are getting Rumpelstiltskin'd into gold. :cool:

    Please note: When you go into partnership with another member, you MUST do your own due diligence. All partners in a venture take full responsibility for the service and for each other's actions in respect to that service. If any member breaks the marketplace rules, all partners will bear the consequences.


    Remember, use your head, don't expect everything to be perfect and plan on working to be successful as almost no business opportunity just pours cash into your hands without some elbow grease.

    You say that you have little to no competition. And you serve everyone (minus fortune 500 companies).

    How can that be? What's your USP / Competitive Advantage?

    You need a loss leader / trip wire to get them though the door. Or a lead magnet and put them into a funnel.
