Easiest thing to do is wait until you have a legit outsourcing need, then do it.
Other sites also index/scrape Odesk content, so the link can go viral pretty quickly.
I like them all except #3 - you risk-loving types can have that one. :nerd:
#2 can be easily tweaked, the key is to entice scrapers to come to your site.:bounce:

The odesk one dosent work, my link isent "active" but its just the text, i tried it with both www, http, without www and such. None of them delivers an "active" link on the odesk pages. And i've got 150 applicants so far, those indians are hungry for jobs ^^

I didnt want it to look spa m my. So I made a real j ob app lication since I don't se ll astranaut helmets, it would look sp am if i put there
I had to put ONLY USA residents to get rid of that after 4th applicant! They stopped, still at 4
So many useless unemployed people sitting behind their neighbours hijacked wireless lines.
