    Hey everyone

From time to time certain campaigns under my EPN account receive an unusual number of clicks obviously affecting my EPC. I am pretty dilligent in checking my logs and blocking offending IPs via .htaccess.

However it seems under latest visitors I have a number of ip's which are not considered bots, yet they click on/visit some 40+ links on my page.

    Example:

An IP in the following 114.160.0.0/11 will produce about 40 of these in my latest visitors.

    /pict/3703404346434_0.jpg
Http Code: 302 Date: Mar 01 07:39:29 Http Version: HTTP/1.1 Size in Bytes: 418
    Referer:
Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.0; Trident/4.0; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; Media Center PC 5.0; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729)

Which is registered under authority APNIC (asia pacific nic)

    and RADB.net

    114.160.0.0/11
descr: OCN (AS4713) CIDR BLOCK 88
    NTT Communications Corporation
    1-1-6 Uchisaiwai-cho, Chiyoda-ku
    Tokyo 100-8019 JAPAN
    tech-c: Tomoya YOSHIDA
    origin: AS4713
    mnt-by: MAINT-AS4713
    changed:
    source: RADB

    Questions:

    1. Will purchases from a Non-US based IP still count on the US EPN program?
    2. Should I block this IP or for that matter the entire block as I am not sure asia traffic really converts on my site?
    3. Anyone have any suggestions on how I might better identify who and what (possible bot) visited my site from that IP.

For what it's worth, I also have found this about 3-4 days ago on some of my sites here in the UK and traced the originator to exactly the same.
