Hi OP! If you received a direct PayPal payment from your buyer, you can ask him to confirm a receipt, then funds will be released immediately, even if your PayPal is not an established seller account.

This is how to confirm a receipt button on their end:
1. Click Activity at the top of the page.
2. Find and click the original payment for the item.
3. Click on “Confirm shipment received”.

4. Click “Confirm” button to confirm that you received the order.
