Understanding Anchor Text?

I have been inserting anchor text links into my autoblogs and these have mostly been linked to clickbank products and products from one affiliate network. I wondered if it's risky putting quality affiliate links into autoblogs as anchor text or will it not make any difference?

Can anyone recommend good affiliate sources for anchor text? I may be doing something wrong but with adsense and amazon I can only find the code to make 'advert' type links into my blogs whereas I just want the actual 'http:' link for my anchor text.

I hope I'm making sense here but I'm getting myself confused and would appreciate some help with understanding this.

Also, I understand with adsense, once I have my id I can insert adsense into any website I own, but with individual affiliate networks, can I only use the links on the individual websites approved and registered with them or can I put them on any of my sites?
