In my opinion, it's not worth the money. You can do it all yourself for free, and in fact, JJ gives away his free traffic method on his blog. Awhile back, there was a big buzz about his "free traffic getting software" or "free seo software" or whatever, but that was a joke...It was just W0rdPress, which he modified with a few plugins and and an extensive ping list.

His free traffic generation relies heavily on Web 2.0. Basically, he creates feeder sites (WP blogs) and feeder web properties (Squidoo, HubPages, MySpace, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) that dominate the SERPs for his keywords, and these feeder properties eventually lead to the money sites. After he creates the feeders, he bookmarks the heck out of them with hundreds of bookmarking accounts, and he does the bookmarking with different accounts on different days at different times so as to appear random.

All of this is explained in various posts and videos on his blog. It's nothing earth shattering, nor is it anything that you can't do on your own. He even gives away a couple of his sites, which you can reverse engineer to see where the traffic is coming from.

The only advantage that I see to paying him money is that someone else will be doing the mundane, extremely boring work instead of you. However, by allowing others to do your work for you, you're also letting them in on your niches.
