I've built up 10 Web 2.0's with posts, pictures, videos, quotes, etc... What is currently the best route to built PR for these pages? Is scrapebox+GSA-SER still the route to go?

    Thanks.

well, you can build as many links as you want to but if google doesn't update PR then your PR will stay 0 no matter how many links you build to your website.
As i remember, google didn't update PR a single time this year and it's end of september now.

I'm not so interested in the PR number at the top of the browser as I am in the web 2.0 passing juice. And I'm assuming they need backlinks to pass juice, right?

But your Original Post says you want PR for these pages... Anyways you need Backlinks to your Web 2.0 to pass link juice. Build backlinks to these web 2.0.

You're right. But I didn't know the actual page rank hadn't been updated. Everybody talks about getting links from high PR sites...

Many people don't seem to understand that PR is still big(gest) part of Google's algorithm - how often they update it publicly has nothing to do with that fact.

They obviously need backlinks or else they'd be almost useless. There are many ways you can build backlinks to your web 2.0s but the best way is the one that involves using automated tools like scrapebox, GSA, and Xrumer as it would be humanly impossible to manually build enough backlinks to transfer link juice to your web 2.0s and in turn to your site.

Your web 2.0 links are your first tier. The second tier which link directly to your web 2.0s should consist of fairly good links, e.g. article, pdf, and web 2.0 submission with well-spun content. Finally, your third tier should consist of the most crappy links you can afford, e.g. blog comments, trackbacks, profiles, social bookmarks, article submission with junk content, etc.

Exactly. Internal PR is an integral part of Google's algo that will never become obsolete as long as links remain a ranking factor. I even pay attention to toolbar PR and still use it to judge the authority of a site or url but I do that only when it has been recently updated.
