Unblockable exit popup or pop-under?

I am using trafficzap com service. yes, 50% of the impressions will be theirs, but at least the pop unders work and give me some traffic.

To have an unblockable pop-up, you need to call the pop up on an action and not on a page load or page close. For e.g. When the user clicks submit, you can call the pop up function which is rarely blocked.

He uses a dhtml pop-up that is triggered when the surfer try to close the page.Is what i'm using now but i did it with another program.
I used this program too.It's good but the one above is better

One of the Callen's have a nice ClickBank unblockable popup generator...
