Unable to connect to vps. Can anyone help or suggest a new vps provider?

I am using berman hosting for my VPS since last year. Recently I moved to new city and got a new internet connection.
Now with this new connection I am unable to login to my VPS. I have formatted my computer when I moved here and installed windows XP updates.

The problem is that don't even get to login screen when I just enter my VPS IP in my windows XP remote desktop connection tool.

Now there are few points to be mentioned.

1) I am using windows XP SP33 on my desktop. Previously my VPS has windows XP too. After moving to new city, I got a new vps from Berman hosting and it has Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 Enterprise.
2) I got a new internet connection after moving.
3) I have formatted my desktop and installed windows XP SP3 and all the widows automatic updates.

When I first faced this issue, I have tried opening support ticket at berman hosting. They told me that everything seems fine at their end.
Then they moved my VPS to another machine and gave me new IP and credentials. The problem still persisted.

I am not sure if problem lies in my end or my vps provider.

Can anyone help me with this?


Any suggestions or help is welcomed.

EDIT: I am also open to sign up for new vps providers. I need vps to run my seo tools. My budget is not high (this was the reason i opted for berman hosting at first place). If any VPS provider is willing to troubleshoot my problem and make sure that I am able to connect to their VPS, I will sign up.

If they say its fine at their end and they can login then there is some problem from your side. To confirm this, try to login from other internet connection..maybe give access to some of your friend who can check if its working from their end.

OK I edited my thread. I dont simply need a suggestion for which vps service is good. there are lots of forum thread here and I can search for them.
I am trying to reach for vps providers who can troubleshoot my problem and make sure that I can connect to their vps. if they are willing to help I can sign up with them only after I a test connection.

I have sent him my login details for vps and he tested it on his computer.
He confirmed that he is also unable to connect to vps.
server failed the pint test. I guess its time to move on from berman hosting.
