Since 10th July it seems to be impossible to use the "Approve New Following" feature in SocialOomph. It lets you select approved and record decisions, and SocialOomph say they get a success code back from Twitter, but I know none of those selected are actually being added by Twitter. In the past 4 days I have followed around 4,000 across 35 Twitter accounts (none of which are approaching technical limits) and not a single one has been added by Twitter even though SocialOomph has received the success codes. All the accounts are still live, not suspended. They have different e-mail addresses and are not recognized by Twitter as being linked, so this looks like a universal problem not a dig at me by Twitter.

Is anybody else suffering this, and also is this just limited to SocialOomph or is it happening in other automated systems too?
