Isn't it supposed to be inverted? Impressions > clicks? Am I doing something wrong?

I am cloaking my links with Link Cloaker for Wordpress so Google won't purge my SERPs

Have you included the 1x1 pixel images associated with your links? These are tracking your impressions. If you don't include them everywhere, the number of clicks can be higher than your impressions.
