I placed two different orders yesterday. My account says I have 0 credits. This sales thread says purchases result in instant credits. That is not so for me. Is this service still operational?
Please get my credits active in my account. I would appreciate some free ones on top of what I ordered since you’re giving away 25 anyway.

After purchasing credits it is important to stay on the thank you page where it says
"wait a few moments until your credits have been added to your account" usually for less than 5 seconds which is almost instantly.
and then the message
"your credits have been added to your account you may now navigate away from this page"
