    So if you think you're OK if you have:
    1. Foreign domain (.UA)
    2. Servers are not in the US
    3. A foreign passport with no ties to the US

    Guess again. You think you can be "off shore" and ignore DMCA takedowns (US procedure). Try again. Better yet, try that from a prison cell.

    More news on cyberlockers offering rewards:
    Those still offering rewards are obviously not going to sustain themselves anymore.
    Here are the possible scenarios. Pressured by the MPAA/RIAA they will go after:
    -Advertising companies

    Only one left: Webmoney.

    They don't exactly get much money from ads or webmoney. Adapt or die?
