UK Tax Schemes

Hi Guys,

Anyone in the uk able to recommend an accountant (online or offline) who can deal with setting up offshore companies to legally minimise tax? (It's not the kinda thing im gonna ring someone up out the yellow pages and ask for!)

why not?
if gary barlow can do it, so can you!!
you are not asking for anything illegal, just explain that you want advice,
no harm in that, keep it simple

Do you use them?

Why not try one of the the Big 4 firms? I work for one and can say from experience that they might not necessarily be as expensive as you would think.

They're obviously experts in their field and even though they will cost more than normal accountants, if you are making decent money, they will help you save loads.

Tax avoidance schemes can be pretty costly, so it really depends on how much profit you are going to generate if it is worth doing or not.

You also have to be able to demonstrate the scheme was NOT set up just to avoid tax, but that there is a genuine business case as to why you need to be located offshore.

Are you selling digitally or products that need to be shipped?
