    Hi.

First of all, thanks for the help here at BHW.

    Here's my question:

I have a WP blog that is specific to the UK (and to a local area). The blog has a .com extension. It's placing well on Google.com but not on Google.co.uk.

I have been creating backlinks to the blog (not specifficaly UK links).

What can I do to improve the blogs ranking for UK search.

    Many thanks.

Build links from .uk domains will help. Also using UK authority directories will help you gain trust as a UK site.

Include your local area and UK in your meta description.
Make your content UK and local area relevant.
    And all of the above.
