A new NHS leaflet encourages children to have sex or masturbate twice a week to keep themselves healthy.

The aid, which is designed to be used by teachers to advise pupils as young as 13, also carries the slogan 'an orgasm a day keeps the doctor away'.

It claims youngsters 'have a right' to a fun sex life and that standard sex education places too much emphasis on negative aspects, such as diseases.

'It is designed to support professionals to speak to young people to ensure they are emotionally ready for sexual relationships and negotiate and practise safe sex when they feel they are ready,' said the leaflet's author, sexual health expert Steve Slack.

The 'Pleasure' leaflets have been distributed by NHS Sheffield, which consulted doctors, academics and religious groups on the content.

Teaching union NASUWT said its members might feel uncomfortable teaching the material.

But the Department of Health supported the move, saying: 'Talking about sex openly is an important part of ensuring a healthy sex life.'

LOL....Protests all over UK over this leaflet which encourages young people to have sex or bash to prevent heart dysfunctions. Only in UK, they're so charged of doing these moves.
God how I love UK. Can't wait to do a touch down for business in September :D:D

Lol I want to see one of these leaflets so I can show it to the schools here in America. American schools teach nothing but abstinence.

UKs legal age is 16+ to have sex with any adults...Below you can get charged. And US is different from state to state, but most are 17+

The age of consent in the US is between 16 to 18 depending on what state a person lives in.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ages_of_consent_in_North_America#United_States

@noeriddin I know a girl who was 9 yrs old when she had her first baby. Everyone just shook their heads and said "A baby is having a baby". I also know several boys who were around the age of 9-12 when they became fathers.

    Anyways:

Pre-teen and teen pregnancy in America is nothing new. Instead of promoting abstinence, having daughters promise their virginity to their fathers, and virgin "promise" rings, etc, the US should also be promoting safer sex and masturbation much more.

Let them get a few whacks in and go back to studying math and science.
