Hello BHW, my name is Ed. It feels good to be back after a while. So, I would like to start an online business based in UK. The main activity would be selling PBN backlinks and other SEO activities. I am currently stucked in the legal part as I am not from around here. I currently work here so I have quite a background for any kind of checkouts. I need to mention that I have a solid method that delivers 100%.

I would like some advices from others that made their way through the system and can help me.

-Do you think it would be appropiate to register on the legal way ? (I need a business organization in order to get PP Business account and to look legit.)
-What is the best form of business organization would you recommend (I also have a partner who will be involved with half of the investment)?
-Can you recommend me an accountant/company formation service ?

Any piece of advice would be much appreciated. Sorry for the quiz format of the post.

Hi! the best option for you is a "marketing company". Anything can go under it. As for company formation. Take any company that can give you a registered office address in the city you are located. As what you do can actually be done from anywhere with internet connection. what you need is a company that will give you registered office address with mail forwarding. look carefully some companies do it under £100 for the first year and slightly increase this price next year. This usually includes a printed copy if all papers sent to you. some companies do it for £30+ every month. Also, if you just need a company name and formal address it usually costs under £15, one-time payment. Also a good point is a company that will book you a meeting in bank, with £50 cashback after account is open. usually in Barclays bank. You can PM me if you have any more questions.
