If your account is limited for 180 days then there is no way to withdraw it before. After the 180 days you will need a bank account from that country and they may ask you for some form of identification.

I have waited over 180 days and no email. I rang them today and my appeal has been rejected. Meaning that I will have to provide them ID to withdraw it.

You seem not to understand the issue. This is uk stealth account s. You cant just add a bank account
