Hello, I have form a UK company and want to open a bank account for it.
I have tried almost all banks but everywhere my application is rejected.
Anyone know any bank where I can open an account for my UK company?

Are you based in the UK?

Registering a company in the UK is easy, but you can't just get financial services.

    Well you've got no chance.

Registering a company here means nothing, you pay 9 quid and get a name on the register. A financial services company won't touch you.

Did you form the company yourself or get an agent/broker to do it ?
Some of those companies will open an account for you, as long as they are a secretary / director of the business.

You need to have a UK current account with them and a face to face meeting.

Unless you are resident in the UK, on an electoral roll etc you will struggle to open any bank account with one of the high street banks.

I don't mind opening a small bank account if not high street banks.

    I formed a LTD company.

Forming an LTD means nothing, as I said.
You can't. UK has strict regulations on creating bank accounts, you can't get a UK account without being a citizen/residing in the country/physical operations in the country.

Your best bet is actually getting an agent to create the bank account for you, but you know - only a couple of fraud offences with be committed so you better have the wonger.

High street banks is just another name for the main banks, such as HSBC, Barclays, HBOS, etc. All banks are regulated the same way irrespective of size.

I went to London and visited many different banks and branches, got rejected everywhere basically because no physical address or NI number and what not.. then i found out that it depends also what branch you visit.. I made an appointment in HSBC Victoria branch and things got sorted out there, it's one of the biggest in London as far as I know.. So go to there and open an personal account first, you dont need UK address but you need to tell them that you reside there.. after that it's a lot easier to get company bank account.
