Ugh...couple of aged accounts suspended

These accounts are over 1 year old w/ over 20k followers each, not to mention promising boards that continuously get moderate-to-good repins. Here's the email they sent:

"We wanted to let you know we suspended your Pinterest account because of some activity that goes against our spam policies.

On Pinterest, spam includes saving lots of unwanted or repetitive stuff, trying to game our systems, or posting fraudulent, deceptive or unsolicited commercial messages. We block spam like this because it creates a bad experience for other people on Pinterest.

If you think we made a mistake, please let us know within the next 7 days."

just out of interest. what were you doing witht hese accounts?
 
First one is back. Still waiting on others. I'll wait a few days before restarting to pin on the active accounts. At the same time, evaluate my process. All signs point to dialing down everything by at least 50%.

They're support accounts, so saving pins from money sites. But they have their own groupboards that are fairly active. I'd hate to lose those more than anything.
 
An update. 2nd account will not be reactivated. So I'm not sure exactly what triggered the suspensions. None of my accounts have been ghosted previously. Thus, no warning. I do have 1 active account where I could not move its boards around. Not sure if that's a sign of anything or just a bug. But it's the only account w/ this behavior.

Also, none of my websites have been blocked. Traffic, too, is not affected. Just these 2 suspensions.

I'm not sure of this, but the 2nd account may have been suspended before and reinstated. So perhaps that played in the decision.

I'm gonna throw a hail mary and ask for a reconsideration through the help center. Not gonna expect much. So for now, there's nothing more.

But were you spaming these accounts with tailwind/boardbooster? excessive looping? Repining? Direkt Messaging? Or any other abnormal behaviour? It never happened to me..but they are currently working a lot on pinterest (so much that glitches appear daily)

Traffic is coming from pins that have gone viral. Well over 20K repins/saved. Luckily, I have a handful of them. Those pins have a life of their own now. And as long as my websites/main account remain active, I'll get traffic. But I probably would not have been able to get these pins viral without support accounts.
 
Just happened to me. new account, used to follow people manually, around 100+ ev.2 days.
Really hope they return it.
Is it cos I have two acc o same ip? different sites though? following too many people?

It could be any one of those reasons. Using same IPs seem to be unclear. You should make a new thread asking the forum on their thoughts on multiple account in one IP. I use 1 account, 1 IP. And there are plenty of threads discussing following.
