Why do i need to provide you with a script that is coming from your OWN botbank? It's right there in your own botbank to easily debug the issue.
Me dragging it in ubot does NOT change the code in any possible way.

The request for the .ubot file for both these 2 specific bugs makes absolutely no sense and won't help a thing, you should know that best. Especially since one of them is about the compiled version which fails, not the .ubot.

The bugs you described aren't known, to my knowledge - we just have to be able to repeat them exactly on our own installs to ensure that the error is a UBot Studio bug (and to ensure it's not already been corrected in an unreleased new version).

Assuming you are the coder of ubot, why on earth does type-text behave different when using a "non static" input as parameter, as i can't even begin to imagine why, yet it does.

I'd also like to know if you can reproduce this exact tumblr textpost title input field bug, as im quite sure i won't ever hear back again and it will just never be fixed, excuse my distrust, but been there done that.

That's how UBot Studio support is told to deal with bugs. We also have a "flag" button on all Bot Bank scripts to report bugs specific to the Bot Bank. This really isn't the proper venue for dealing with this issue though - If you respond to your support tickets, Lilly will complete the process.

We are actually pretty open about what we're working on, so you should hear back regarding issues - but it wouldn't hurt to ask again after you complete the bug report.

I honestly don't know why it would do that - but I'm interested in fixing the issue. I am one of the coders, and the creator, of the software. We don't farm out the work on the product but we do have a Dev team that will take a look at the issue.

Just as a note. I've run into a handful of bugs in the past and the ubot support team not only handled them but released a new version specifically to address issues which I brought to their attention.

If you're having trouble with the ubot support team, it may be a failure to communicate the issue you're having. Maybe you could do a quick jing video plus include a sample of the issue. It would probably go a long way towards helping their team help you.

Also, I've done what you are saying is causing a problem and have never noticed an issue. I'd be interested to see what you're doing that is causing ubot to act so strange.

Depending on when you bought Ubot you will either have 3 months or a year of free updates.
After that you will need to subscribe at $29 a month (or I think there was a BHW special of $9 a month) - you will then be able to get updates.

I paid $9 for an upgrade but ubot keep saying I need to subscribe, Ill un-install and start again

In that case give their support guys a shout, once you have paid you should be fine to update :s

I am very interested in this software. But on what aspect it is better than zenno. Sorry that if I look like a troll, uBot is more expensive than zenno, so, just wondering how to justify the cost. Note, I don't sell bot, so .exe is not a major concern to me.

When I try to log in, it says I need a username and password but they did not give me one nor send me any information about any account or whatever.
