OK, I'm starting a uBot for craigslit thread. I just bought this last week and got it to create a post, but I want to be able to remove a post as well and put it on a schedule, however I don't see a way of telling it which add to take out on a continuous cycle.

For example if I create a bot to post and schedule it to run every 72 hours, then I create a bot to remove it every 72 hours, how will it know which post to remove if there are a list of posts.

I would use the add to list function to add certain URLs to certain lines in a list (probably use the save function to save the list to a csv too) then you can have it call them with list item to choose which row the URL is in to have deleted and run whatever you have setup to delete. Ubot is pretty simple but it definitely takes a little playing with as sometimes I think they made it too user friendly and it gets you lost.

shoot the URLs isn't gonna work for me either because the URL is tited with the post ID and that changes each time you post, I need to be able to search for the title and click on manage from that row....

Can't you save the URL when you make the post?

Use add to list>(document constants)$url will add the current URL to the list, so you'd call this when you're at your post. then you can do save to file and save your list to a file and call them later.
