UAW plugin not working

Hi!
I just set up a blog and dloaded the UAW plugin. I set up the UAW plugin on my wordpress blog and updated all the settings for the plugins. However I did not get any articles on my blog. The next day I got a mail having the following message:

In order to not bug you with more emails, we shall stop submitting articles to your site for the moment.

We are getting an HTTP code error (417) when we try to access your site. The exact response we are getting from your site is shown below.

Please would you take a look at the details below and see if you are able to fix the problem, in which case just hit your 'Update' button, and submissions will re-start

I tried to set it up once again. Double checked the config etc. Everything is fine according to me. But again I got the same mail the next day. Does anyone know what might be wrong? Any suggestions?

Just wondering if you needed to change the permissions (or CHMOD) for any files?
