U.K tax advice

Anyone know of any tax breaks etc in the uk? Ive recently had to set up a business and wanted to know where to find good advice, my accountant seems a bit clueless and i think hes really just there to add up and take away.

I would have thought if you had an accountant, he would be the very person to find all the loopholes for you - if not I would change accountant!

All accountants should know this. Fire your current accountant and find another accountant who knows what they are doing.

Use LLP with 2 partners, one resident company and other non-resident offshore, this worked few years back, dont know what's current situation.

Leave the country for a place where they tax you less. Simple and legal.
