Is it only me or are you facing the rate limit issue on a Free account? It was 50 in 24 hours, now I see only 16 per 24 hour. I wonder, what could be the reason?

there's problem only on twitter's side, they do it to avoid botting , unfortanately u won't do anything with it
only buying their private api, but it's too expensive for personal usage
