Twitter will share ad revenue with creators

I think we need to wait for some time to get that information.
Yeah it seems there isn't really any information and twitter doesn't have insights either unless it's a business account I think, hopefully it'll be public information soon

Is there some criteria to be able to apply for this program or it is open for all?

Oh boy they're gonna whorify twitter too.
Now everyone and their whore sister will have a blue icon and try to make trending tweets for $.
Reddit but this time money is the reward.
So much of what Twitter is, is already all about promotion anyways, so not much will change. I'm getting constant bots of rando ladies trying to get me to there onlyfans. Musk is taking the sewage and just lighting it on fire

They should fix the miserable state of their ad platform first before they start paying creators. Otherwise I imagine their cut will be peanuts. This platform is truly terrible for those who wish to advertise. No wonder it's running at a heavy loss at the moment.

I was running a successful ad campaign that didn't violate any rules and my ad account got banned for no good reason. You can only e-mail their support which demands you do that twice before you get a reply, followed by them replying with an automated copy-paste text.

You might think I just had a case of bad luck. But it's Russian roulette for every advertiser, because even once you submit an ad and it gets rejected they ban your ad account permanently, including your entire IP and footprint. All of this for a simple rejection. There is a only tiny chance you get reinstated when you are lucky enough an actual employee looks at it. Facebook ads might suck at times but at least they don't ban you when you make a mistake or completely ignore you.

Twitter will not make any profit until they fix the absolute basics of their incoming revenue (ad platform) and I can't possibly understand why Musk puts his time in all these extra and unnecessary features until the actual main problems with this website are solved. Especially him paying creators when their losses are immense. I can't imagine shareholders being happy with him right now.

Hopefully the quality tweets will prevail, and the garbage will sink to the bottom. The last thing we need is people earning revenue from silly ass rhetoric.

He's trying to incentivize content creators, but Twitter never relied on original content.

It's just going to end up having people post copyrighted content (like full movies and shows) to get views, which advertisers aren't gonna be happy about.

Yow this is actually a good opportunity but oh mann, I hope people won't posts dumb things just to get money hahaha boy content quality should also be shown lol
