I just heard that twitter was under a DOS attack...any confirmation...couldn't get to their site this morning...

From official blog:

We are defending against a denial-of-service attack, and will update status again shortly.
Update: the site is back up, but we are continuing to defend against and recover from this attack.

Someone must have an incredible size botnet to do that and I bet
the honeytraps are all over him by now.

Yeah, they were being attacked. Hopefully the attackers are good at covering their traces because you can be sure twitter is coming after them.

lol no they aren't...
probbly russian guys do what ever they want...
who knows maybe twitter paid them to stop the ddos like all the other companies they ddos

It was quite funny when it went down because I was adding friends to a number of accounts with multiple threads running. When it went down I was like... Is that even possible for me to bring it down? Naaaa...
