Twitter - Unable to grow Profile - Nobody wants to follow!

I'd like to discuss an issue I have with Twitter, and hear experiences, opinions.

I have a Twitter Profile for my Blog/News Site (looking professional, no spammy, good posts(3-10 posts per week), good pictures + around 1k bot followers).
Trying now to grow the Profile by Follow/Unfollow (Only Niche relevant profiles), liking stuff, Posting good content(big meta + link). BUT I'm getting No follows back (ZERO 0), nobody wants to like my posts, nobody retweets.
And I have no idea why..!
really ...this is.. argh.
I'm also having a personal account where Follow/Unfollow, liking works though!

Any opinions? Suggestions?

You may have a notification shadow ban. If this is the case the users you follow aren't receive a notification when you follow them. Try to pause all activities for a few days and then start again slowly

Try to check on shadowban.eu/. How long do you run the account?

Find some giveaways profiles, do a "sponsored" PayPal gaw for example.

Pay $50 or $100 for 1 gaw - 12 or 24 hours giveaway.

That profile must have a few tens of thousands of followers, it should bring you between 100 and 300 followers.

Even if you get a new 50 - 100 you will draw attention to yourself, what to do next?

Just do a giveaway yourself, $5 or $50 PayPal Giveaway!

After days of checking and playing around... It seems like I'm getting notification shadowbanned after just 20 follows & unfollows per day.
I see profiles with 50k Followers and 50K following, how do they do that?
