Are you getting new followers everyday and traffic still remains the same?
Or you aren't getting any traffic despite following other people?
If it's the latter then you need to change your strategy. Have you considered buying paid tweets from bigger accounts in your niche? It worked pretty well for me back then when I had less than a hundred followers.

One account is not enough. You need a botnet of accounts that retweet your tweets. These accounts should be highly active. I am getting up to 40 clicks per tweet right now.
