Hey guys I'm trying to appeal their decision, by threating them with lawsuit, do you think they might give in and restore my account? I posted celebrity fakes on my account using ai, though I did not mention their names.
Any of you have experience with restoring your account. Personally I do not see this rule as a big deal, celebrities, they are public people. Most of these celebs don't give a shit if someone created fakes and they shouldn't.

This is what I wrote to them:
As an European citizen from the EU, I am entitled to select an out-of-court dispute settlement, I'd like to start a dispute for unjustly suspending my account. The account was suspended for violating the X Rules due to a false user report. Specifically, for: "Violating our rules against posting or sharing privately produced/distributed intimate media of someone without their express consent."
Entirely false as I create fictional characters that serve as social parody, also I edit image only of consenting subjects. Any resemblance to certain celebrity is pure coincidental and unintended.
By suspending my account X violates my free speech which is based on creating AI art content. If this fails I will seek judicial redress by pursuing your claim with a competent court in my European Member State.
Thank you!
