Im not asking to get them back, how can I prevent this in the future? I don't have a proxy or dynamic ip solution. Any tips?

In the past, I used Tor with Firefox when I didn't have access to a dynamic IP. You could also get private proxies (I don't know if you want to spend money.) Or even purchase some accounts.

Try not to add more than 7-10 accounts per day. Sometimes Twitter will limit your account-making abilities thru one IP anyway. Lastly, spread the account creation over time. Don't do too many within an hour...maybe 1 or 2.
