Twitter Spamming

Hey guys...I'm new to this forum and wanted to know if there is a way to mass follow people on Twitter, like a free tool?

I have found a tool to mass delete followers, but I would like to save time and find one to follow multiple users at once (HOPEFULLY A FREE TOOL)
