Thw site you were trying to visit may be unsafe.This link has been flagged as potentially harmful.
Harmful sites can include:

Web forgeries or phishing sites
Sites that download malicious software onto your computer
Spam sites that request personal information
My site is none of them .i am ready to pay.what can be the problem.how to unlock the link.i am ready to pay 5$

I think you need to take a closer look at your site to see if it falls under the category of sites mentioned in your post above.
 
You spam twitter ? you have placed third party ads on your website ? do you have any pop unders ?

No i did not spammed.yes i have adsense ads on my site.no pop unders.i just posted my website link 7 times in a day or two
 
It's not an error. Get a new url and don't spam. That's all you can do.

i already got new one.again after 1-2 days same problem coming.
I am ready to pay good price for this solution.I can also give adsense safe traffic (real human)
 
Just get a New domain and do a 301 redirect to your original one
and try it

and if you are getting the same again Just contact Twitter and ask them why is this happening and they will tell you.

i have already contacted twitter support 1 day ago using this link.

Still so far no reply from support
 
Try mailing them with Website email too.

Their support is not like twitter they respond fast.
Also mention Twitter WebSpam or Support team on your Tweets.

I have already checked these links.
Submitted my website link in problematic field.
but still no response.
Also i have diagnoised my site.No error
 
just Make it : https:// and It will be secure and Those Errors will be removed
