Twitter wont accept my phone number any tips what can i do and use?

Why don't you buy another sim card?
Pre-paid sim cards cost 5$ or less depending on where you are from and they have a long expiry date.
If you load it with money once a year or so it won't expire at all.
 
I have same problem is it maybe Twitter or they banned all mobile operators in my country :(

Try to wait, maybe just a problem with message delivery, but if the problem persists, contact support, they will definitely be able to give you a more accurate answer than we do. ;)
 
Easiest way to use virtual number, probably in this website also there might be sellers please check categories.
 
Maybe is a problem with the sms delivery system also could be your network, sounds weird but once I tried to create an instagram account and couldn't do it from any computer or my cellphone then decided to switch to my mobile data and the page was more responsive and created the account in less than 2 minutes.
