Joking aside, CPA is still pretty up there but I agree the quality of traffic is shite. Unfortunate because the quality is what really matters. NSFW has been rather saturated for a while so the crowd there is quite jaded. There are some workarounds you could do of course like smartlink-style monetisation or running a combination with telegram funnels but YMMV.
