read my post 2 posts up, i neg repped webluse before the essay he wrote now, because i wass 100% sure about what will happen,the mod didnt agree and said i had stupid behavor. and i got a warning for that lol...like i said, people dont know shit yet they love to talk..now he got proven wrong. and cant say anything because i was correct webluse wont take his decision back...

Yeah, I saw this coming too, I knew they were going to defend themselves based on "no lifetime written" "license is lifetime but service not" or some shit like that. Is really sad what happened with you :l Hope this guy gets banned. He will continue scaming over the internet, but this is the kind of things i am expecting to not see here, in bhw. It is a really shame to see how a mod gave you a warning for an unfair reason
My friend, it's not wise to go against your own customers as if they are your enemies...
There are other ways to make more money through existing users rather than going against your own TOS.

That being said, I do understand your POV and yes it is hard to continuously make updates for a one-time payment software.
Why not introduce VIP support for additional money (I sure would pay for that as your current support is the worse I've ever experienced), or pay per ticket, or introduce really cool new features that are paid only (Similar to MP's additional modules)? These are off the top of my head, I'm sure there are other ways to monetize FL more.
The way you are going about it is surely the wrong way though. Be creative and explore these others areas of monetization that will still abide by your own TOS.
Otherwise, I'm telling you now, you are gonna face a ton of chargebacks on CC and PP and it will be the end of FL anyway.
I also want a refund. I have choosen this software because it was one time fee. If I would prefer to pay monthly subsc. then I would already pick another software.

File a SL thread immediately then and also file a Chargeback with your Credit Card company or File a Dispute/Claim with PayPal. That's the only way you are going to get a refund. Don't expect scammers to ever refund your money. You have to go TAKE IT BACK.
Yup.. if he really is going to go through with the monthly subscription, he better be prepared to see a ton of refunds and chargebacks.
Just call the claims department for your bank or credit card company and they will credit you back the amount after you explain this situation.

It's like paying $60 for an online game and the developer promises free lifetime updates and support. After a year or so, developer then tells his customers that they need to pay him $5/month or else they won't able to play the game. They would only be able to access the main menu and settings.. WTF?
He should've thought about this but I guess he didn't care about fucking over his existing customers.
Please reconsider the monthly fee for previous users. As you see it really does matter to us existing customers. I myself did purchase the software because it did not have a monthly subscription but as humbly speaking to the great developers of the software, this is very unethical customer appreciation. Subscription based for new customers. Don't effect the old ones please. I want this software to last but doing us old customers wrong, i'll be force to leave as well.

Exactly that. Why not let people choose off a basic model and a "premium support" model and let those who don't want to pay a monthly fee be? Why piss people off that way and risk your business reputation? I just don't get it. Thats why many people think it's pure greed i guess. Because it's such a bold and rude move.
