    Your post has been merged into another thread which is still under moderation, as your thread is no longer live only mods can see it until I sort this on Tuesday.

    I've sent @weblues a PM explaining the concerns, they so far have chosen not to respond but I want to give them time and not ruin a good reputation over something that might not actually be an issue. It's also not a business day, it would not be fair to open a SL today.

    I got my license a couple of months ago. I bought it as an investment to slowly grow my social accounts (and avoid triggering a ban from twitter/instagram). Now it feels like I paid to use FL for only 3 months.

    If the developer is intent on keeping the subscription plan, then at least give existing users something. Maybe a complementary subscription for x months or something. It won't be much but at least it's still something. Of course, the best option is to grandfather existing users.

    Maybe even an alternative... those who don't pay the monthly sub won't have access to support. So you're kinda like on your own, troubleshoot your own errors.

    Waiting for the next few days for weblues to say something.

    or
    +USD5 /month for another license

    or maybe they can make a monthly based subscription
    and create another "menus" as how the consumer will get as they pay for the price

    but still
    the previously purchased consumers are still get the LIFETIME and FULL access as it should be

    and yeah you are right
    just like me
    i purchased a LIFETIME license but its feels like a FEW MONTHS license (since i just newly paid for it)

    maybe a lot of paypal dispute against them would work. Also, it's funny how the whole forum defended them few weeks ago, because a tilted customer was rude with the (non-existent) customerservice. Well, we all see now how shady and unresponsive they are.

    I think it is only fair that we give FollowLiker/WebBlues a chance to respond to all the negative comments. I hope they realize the serious damage this new monthly subscription may create for their product and their reputation.

    FollowLiker made a business decision that has NOT yet gone into effect. September 1st is the deadline

    Perhaps in the next few days, FollowLiker will reconsider and only apply the subscription fee to NEW customers. I have known business decisions to be reversed or changed and it may happen here.

    Be patient and give FollowLiker/WebBlues a chance to respond one way or the other. Just my personal opinion and observation. I like the product.

    they would never send out emails with 30i329i2349i2349i23 long words if this was not 100% serious.. so they already made a decision.

    some ppl are already paying, the new buyers paypal subscription have been setup fact ,seen screen shots on here.......

    we just hopeing fl going to be fair , thousands are already thinking of moveing to new platform it not the money it there business structure and igronce ....

    exacly.... and now a mod is jumping on me because " they havent made a decision yet" how have they not? sending out a book of words to all emails mean they will make it happen. PEople already paying means It has ALREADY taking effect...open ur eyes before talking. wetblues is just hiding now because he will 100% come in with a book of words explaning everything, he just neeeds some days to figure out how that book will be layed out good so he dont lose all 10000000 subs. including me. embarrassing

    i'll do a chargeback immeditaly if he dont take this back and only new customers will pay this monthly brilliant idea

    mods are as upset as all of us . they have desrespeted the forum and mods and admins are mad and they broke all rules . let hope fl think hard before there real problams

    When did I actually say that?

    I'm halting action on the shit list because:
    1. It's not a business day, I'm giving them 24 hours of a working day to reply in case they are not aware of the backlash they are getting.
    2. It's better for everyone if they decide to pull a u-turn on the action they seem to be taking.
    3. I've not actually heard an official line of what is happening from the seller, just hear-say email screen shots. I have to be fair so I'm only going to take it as true until I hear it from the horses mouth.
    4. I'm not in the office until Tuesday anyway.

    Your mass "let's all put feedback on their account" was abuse of the system and stupid behaviour. You deserved that warning and if you continue to cause a scene in this sales thread I will warn you again.

    I'd also like to remind you all this is a sale thread, where only a single review can be left so I'm going to start giving out warnings to those who are leaving multiple posts from this point on.

    We have a thread in the instagram forum discussing this issue, do it there.

    Let me first apologize for any inconvenience this decision might have caused, but due to the complications that have been building up in the last 14 weeks, we need to ensure the continuity of our product.

    I understand that many users are concerned, but I can assure you that this is for the best.

    Although we didn't mention "lifetime" on our website or anywhere, I understand why some users feel they paid for life, but diminishing return is setting in. We need to balance our processes. I encourage users that are concerned to reason from our perspective for a moment.

    This isn't greed as some people are saying, it's more about progress, systems are getting more complex and it requires us to bring in more expertise to handle them and this will cost us money.

    The subscription plan will start in September and not now.

    Monthly subscription is on per-license basis. Payment of $5.99 will occur only once a month regardless of the number modules under a license. If two licenses with different modules are merged, monthly subscription for one of the licenses will be canceled.

    The subscription will commence only after the first month of license purchase. Users will not be charged until the second month.

    If you have licenses that you are not yet using, you can defer the subscription renewal till the time/month you will be using the licenses.

    Even if you don't renew a license's subscription, the license will still be active and you will be able to install and open the software, add your accounts, settings...

    We had no better option than to start this subscription program. We have to put some things in place which will ensure the survival of the program.

    We have been with you for some years now, I just wish some users will understand our position here.

    Without the subscription the software can be opened but we cant start the tasks, ergo the software cant be "opened".

    As said, you either gonna deactivate the monthly fee on existing LIFETIME (yes it said that on the website) licences or get banned here, there are only these 2 options, even if its more about "progress".

    where is i "know" seo? that give me a warning for putting bad feedback for monthly charge " stupid behaviour "he didnt make a decision yet " ..here is his decision as before once he sent the emails? charging people already?. i had right .....as u can see...... now i have FULL rights to give bad reputation as he will NOT take the monthly sub back. once again, embarrassing.
