twitter lists

HEY guys is it possible to add people to list automatic if i have usernames because i do it manually and it is time wasting thanks

zapier and iftt in combination with google sheets should do the trick - however be careful about the amount added since twitter really dislikes non manual activity. afaik that is why most of the list building tools out there stopped working.
