I think twitter lists are fantastic and absolutely underrated. You can do great stuff with them 
What is your favorite tool to automatically add people to lists?
And I'm looking for something a little more powerful than simply adding people that tweet a certain hashtag.
Ideally, I would find and add
-- people with their location = Chicago
-- people with their language = spanish
-- etc.
I wish we could do all of this with FOLLOW LIKER :bigeyes:
